Boyueda uses different fulfillment locations for electric scooters and accessories.

Electric Scooters

Eligible electric scooter orders are shipped from our local U.S. warehouse. For eligible European destinations, fulfillment may be arranged through an available European warehouse.

Estimated delivery time for electric scooters is approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Accessories and Replacement Parts

Selected accessories and replacement parts are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 14 days after dispatch.

Orders containing products from different warehouses may be shipped separately and may have multiple tracking numbers.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and order verification.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
